Coordinator of Student Conduct

Housing and Residence Life at UNC Charlotte invites candidates to apply for the Coordinator of Student Conduct position (CSC). The CSC provides oversight and administration for the student conduct process in campus housing. The CSC plans and delivers staff training for up to 300 staff members on the student conduct process and provides ongoing coaching for 15-19 hearing officers. The CSC is responsible for providing departmental leadership with students in crisis and assists with case management for incidents that occur in the residential communities. The Coordinator for Student Conduct serves as a liaison between the Counseling Center, Dean of Students Office, the Office of Student Conduct, and Police and Public Safety as needed within the case management process.   

The Coordinator is one of six members of the residence life management team. UNC Charlotte’s Housing and Residence Life department houses up to 6,100 students in 15 residence halls and a Greek Village.
