The Assignments Office team is responsible for processing your application for housing and making sure that you have a place to live. The knowledgeable staff in the Assignments Office are happy to answer questions about all of our on campus accommodations, program options and rates.

The Business Services team is responsible for managing the Department's budget and financial affairs, purchasing activities and providing general HR support to the Department. Business Services also oversees the in-hall Security Service.

Conference Services
Meet the Conference Services Team
The Conference Services team is responsible for coordinating our Summer Conference housing, our intern housing and our guest housing programs. Our team works in conjunction with several on campus offices and departments to deliver accommodations and related services that best meet every client's needs.

Facilities Services
Meet the Facilities Services Team
The Facilities Services team is responsible for the operation, maintenance and on-going renovation of the Department's residential and office facilities. Our Facilities Services team delivers these services to keep your home in full working order, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. We also provide 24-hour a day on-duty coverage to make sure that emergency issues and problems are handled quickly and efficiently. Facilities Services is also responsible for coordinating the development and construction of new residential facilities at UNC Charlotte.

Residence Life
Meet the Residence Life Main Office Team I Meet the Residence Life Area Team
A major contributor to the success of campus residents is the interaction with our residence hall staff. These live-in staff members, in addition to the members of our team that work in the main office, provide a web of support for the students who live in the residence halls. This support has proven invaluable as students (especially freshmen) transition to campus and work to integrate themselves into the UNC Charlotte community. Residence Life also oversees the Loan Key Desk operations in Belk, Hunt, Levine and Martin Halls.
