Below are the 2009-2010 per semester rates for housing at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Rates include: rent, all utilities, local phone service, cable TV service, The Miner Movies Channel, an Internet connectivity charge, and membership in the Resident Students Association (RSA Fee). A detailed break-down of our rates is provided at the bottom of this page.
Meal Plan Rates can be found online at the UNC Charlotte Dining Services website by clicking here. Please note that all residents of highrises and suites (with the exception of Laurel Hall) are required to select a meal plan. Apartment residents and residents of Laurel suites may choose a meal plan, but they are not required to have one. For more information on meal plans at a glance, please click here.
