Below are the Summer 2009 term rates for housing at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Rates include: rent, all utilities, local phone service, cable TV service, The Miner Movies Channel, an Internet connectivity charge, and for residents in Martin Village, membership in the Resident Students Association (RSA Fee).
