I can't remember my password, what do I do? Return to the Nyumba Student Gateway and click the link at the bottom of the main login page that reads: I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. Follow the on-screen prompts to have a new password sent to you by e-mail. Your password will be e-mailed to the e-mail address on file with the University. If you don't get your password within two hours, please contact the Housing Technology Services Help Desk for assistance.

My application status says "Wait List" in Nyumba. What does this mean? Housing and Residence Life has moved to a model of making assignments based only on actual available spaces. When your applications is assigned "Wait List" status, it means we have run out of actual rooms and you have been placed on a list that we will draw from to fill vacancies as they occur. READ MORE...
