The official Contract for Residential Services is provided below. Please be sure to download and/or print the version that corresponds to the term(s) you will be living with us.

To access the Contract(s), simply click the PDF / Adobe Acrobat Document Icon in the right hand column. This will cause the Contract selected to open in a new browser window. Once the document is open, you may save or print it from the new window.

Please note, by logging into the Online Housing Application system and completing an application, you are digitally signing that application and are bound by the same terms and conditions of the Contract for Residential Services as if it were signed on paper.
