Cancelling Your Housing Contract | ||||||||||||||||

To cancel your housing, please download and complete the form below. For cancellation deadlines, please visit our Important Dates page. For cancellation penalty information, please review the Contract for Residential Services for your specific application period. Click here to visit our contracts page. The date of receipt of the Cancellation Form will determine your financial obligation(s), if any, to the University. The date of receipt is determined by the Housing and Residence Life Assignments Office. You may FAX your completed form to: 704.687.4301.
