How to Apply for Intern Housing

1. Review the Service Contract
2. Complete your application
3. Complete the Safety Questionnaire
4. Mail all forms and $140 prepayment check (made out to UNC Charlotte) to:

5. Complete the Intern Confirmation Form and forward to your internship to complete.
6. Contact Jennifer Hamblin with any questions regarding intern housing or reserving your space.

NOTE: Confirmation of space reservation will not be sent until all forms and prepayment are received.
