    Maintenance Requests Moving to Nyumba  
       
   

Effective with the Spring 2009 Semester, you will need to log your facility maintenance requests via the Nyumba Student Gateway.

You can try out our on-line work order form in Nyumba now, by logging in to Nyumba and selecting the menu option "Maintenance Request" under the + Facility Services menu header.

The old form is still available and can be accessed by clicking here.

Once this first phase goes live, we will be adding the capability to check the status of your maintenance requests in Nyumba to what's been done and if it's not finished, what's still pending.

For emergency repairs, please call Facility Services at 704.687.7502 or 77502 from an on-campus phone.

For assistance with Nyumba or the new Maintenance Request module, contact the HTS Help Desk at 704.687.7522 or 77522 from an on-campus phone.
