Belk Hall

Belk Hall is designed to primarily house upper-class students. Belk Hall offers a blend of apartments and suite units. The common areas feature study rooms, casual lounges and community kitchens throughout the building. Its open design encourages interaction while creating a community atmosphere.

Bedroom Furnishings: 

Each student will have a bed, desk, desk chair and a 3-drawer chest. Beds can be raised to allow space to slide the 3-drawer chest under. Each bedroom has a built-in closet.

Building Amenities: 

Public kitchens, community lounges and private washers and dryers in each 4-person apartment.

Shared Space Furnishings: 

Three bed suites will include a sofa and TV stand. One bed apartments will include a loveseat. Four bed apartments will include a sofa, TV stand, two kitchen stools, a small breakfast table with two chairs AND a washer and dryer in the unit.
