Return to Campus Living Application Available Now!

The Return to Campus Living application for the 2016-2017 academic year is now available online.

Click on the Apply/Login button and log in to the housing system using your NinerNet credentials. Then, select the last “Click Here” link next to “Return to Campus Living 2016-2017 Only.” The Return to Campus Living campaign ends on Monday, February 29.

The first phase is Same Room Selection which begins today and ends Friday, February 5. If you like your current room and are eligible to stay in it next year, you can reserve the same space online during this phase. Follow these three simple steps by February 5 to claim your same room:

  1. Find Out if Your Room is Eligible
    Between Monday, February 1 and Friday, February 5, residents interested in keeping their same room for next year should verify if their current room is Same Room Selection eligible by reviewing the Displacement List.
  2. Apply and Submit Preferences
    Complete the returning student housing application online between Monday, February 1 and Friday, February 5. No additional deposit is required.
  3. Select Your Room
    After you submit your preferences on the returning student housing application for 2016-2017, you can select the self-assignment option to participate in Same Room Selection. Follow the on-screen prompts to reserve your current room. You must complete this entire process by February 5 to participate in this phase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All residents will receive an email confirmation once they’ve been assigned. You can also check your assignment by logging back into the housing system. If you get assigned in an earlier phase and then decide to participate in Levine Hall Selection Day or Open Room Selection, you must contact our office at 704-687-7501 to have your application reset.

More details about the Return to Campus Living 2016-2017 process are available online. If you need help applying or would like to speak with a housing representative, stop by our office in Scott Hall between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You can also visit us at one of our information sessions in the Student Union or SoVi from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Once you have completed your housing application for the 2016-2017 academic year, be sure to Post Your Pride to win prizes!!  Tweet us a photo @UNCCharlotteHRL in front of a residential building, using the hashtag #ClaimedMySpace. Once we have verified your completed housing application, you will be entered into a drawing for (3) prizes, each valued at $500. Click the link for all rules and details.
