Witherspoon Hall

Witherspoon Hall offers unique opportunities for cultural and academic engagement. With the International House on the second floor, it's one of the most diverse residential communities. Suites in Witherspoon Hall have two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room for four residents. A common kitchen for all residents is available on the second floor, and laundry and vending facilities are available on the first floor. Apartments in Witherspoon Hall have four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a storage closet and a balcony (on the second and third floors).

Wallis Hall

Wallis Hall was designed with the help of students, and offers both suite-style and apartment-style living. Common kitchens, for residents of Wallis' suites, and laundry facilities are available on the second through fourth floors (no more hiking up and down the stairs with those dirty clothes!). Vending machines are available on the first floor. Wallis Hall also has study lounges and classrooms on each floor, not to mention a great courtyard! Apartments in Wallis Hall have four private bedrooms, one- and- a- half bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a storage closet.

Pine Hall

Pine Hall reopens Fall 2017 following extensive renovations.

Pine Hall offers a community of apartments for residents who are ready for a more independent lifestyle. Apartments in Pine Hall have four private bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a private washer and dryer. Depending on the unit, residents will enjoy a balcony/terrace or additional living room space. In addition to completely renovated apartments, residents will also have access to a new community room in Maple Hall.
 

Miltimore Hall

Miltimore Hall features both suite and apartment style units and has study rooms and amenities available throughout the building. While a meal plan is required for residents choosing suite style accommodations, all of our apartments feature a full kitchen and an optional meal plan. Miltimore Hall is LEED certified meaning that the design, construction and use of the building have met independently established criteria for eco-friendliness. As such, this building represents UNC Charlotte’s commitment to be greener.
 

Martin Hall

Opened in Fall 2014, Martin Hall is an all-apartments community located in East Village offering units with four single bedrooms in a variety of configurations. The building has two residential wings connected by an expansive two-story lobby. Residents enjoy the park-like surroundings in East Village.
 

Levine Hall

The newest residential building, named in honor of Sandra and Leon Levine, opened in 2016. In addition to more than 400 students, Levine Hall will house students of the Levine Scholars Program and the Honors College, as well as administrative offices for the two programs. Student work-study areas, faculty work stations, private one-on-one spaces and adjacent seminar spaces that can be combined for large functions will be some of the many features of this new building.
 

Elm Hall

Belk Hall

Belk Hall is designed to primarily house upper-class students. Belk Hall offers a blend of apartments and suite units. The common areas feature study rooms, casual lounges and community kitchens throughout the building. Its open design encourages interaction while creating a community atmosphere.
