Welcome to the Niner Nation Residence Education Coordinator Recruitment Center!
The Department of Housing and Residence Life is looking for dedicated professionals to lead, connect, and serve the residential students of UNC Charlotte.
Residence Education Coordinators (RECs) are full-time, live-in leadership positions in our residence halls.
The most competitive candidates will have a Master’s degree in higher education, counseling and/or student personnel services (or a related field), two years of housing experience at the graduate or professional level, and the demonstrated ability to blend the academic and residential components of student life.
To fill the upcoming academic year’s positions, each spring, we open a nation-wide search for individuals who have the experience, skills and talent to serve our residential students and positively contribute to the Residence Life program.
